She met her husband-to-be, Claude, in Junior High and they married in March of 1943. During her life Jinny was very involved with numerous clubs and activities and served in various capacitates. She was a China painter, a gourmet cook and a seamstress. Jinny was a member of the DAR. She had a great love of life and will be dearly missed, she was a wonderful mom.
Jinny is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 72 years, Claude J. Laughlin, Jr.; 2 sisters and 1 brother. She is survived by her daughter, Lyn Joseph and husband, Duke; daughter, Jill L. Laughlin and niece, Karen Todd.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Porter Loring North.
