She was born in Oxford, Idaho on May 17, 1942 to Henry A. and Hannah (Croshaw) Hatch. Vivian served without hesitation with complete compassion to any in need. A devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Vivian served in many callings for the church and loved serving the Lord.
Vivian is survived by her loving husband Verl Coley, daughter Heidi Silva, spouse Robert Silva, children Victor Silva, Nicole Silva, Alec Silva and Sophie Silva, daughter Katrina Estes, spouse Clay Estes, daughter Evie Louise Estes. Preceded in death by daughter Claudette Rogers, whose surviving children are Sarah Williams, Aaron James Rogers, Jacob Rogers, Ethan Rogers and Jared Rogers. Vivian also has nine great grandchildren.
