Leif, It has been 49 years since I met you and your family. Your father stays in my mind quite well. One of the fondest memories is how he would force you to practice the piano before you could go outside. It seemed so unfair...to one who didn't play the piano. Maybe sometimes it seemed the same way to you, but I'll bet it does not now. God Bless, Vic Waggoner

We believe that the Lord brought Paul and his wife Helen into our lives to be Christian teachers and friends to our family. Our boys called them Grandpa Paul and Grandma Helen. Paul always made us feel loved and enjoyed my "two bone" beef vegetable soup. His guidance and sound advice have brought us through many trials and we will always be thankful for all he shared with us. He encouraged us in our faith. Looking forward to our reunion in heaven. Leif and Judy: 
My deep sympathy & prayers to you both, and to Arvin, Helen, and the whole family at the loss of your father, W. Paul Wilson. I did not know your parents very well. I remember meeting him and Helenone time maybe more? at St. Olaf. You are fortunate to have had such a fine father. And I remember your mother as a beautiful, kind classy lady. My regards & sympathy to her. They were always in Alaska or traveling somewhere, and Leif, remember, you could not always go home for vacations, & so came up to our place in Minneapolis for my Mom's cooking. It is great that they had 63 years together....so many more than most people. 
Somehow, Leif, the up-bringing & teachings of our fathers and mothers, had a final favorable impact on us...sure took time though...I certainly would not have said that back in our STO years! 
"Man is Spirit" and "God is Love", and I just know that the loving spirit of W. Paul Wilson is now somehow "wrapped up with God" I'm sure he is at peace, happy and smiling, right next to us this minute. May God bless us every one.
