'Marguerite worked with Will at USAA and will always remember his enthusiasm towards his work and his caring attitude towards his coworkers. We had both left USAA to work in new careers but we tried to keep in touch through emails and the occasional lunch, where Bruce and Will met. Bruce and Marguerite were always hoping we would get to work with Will again. Our deepest sympathy to the family - you are in our prayers and thoughts.'

'I will always remember Will as one of the most genuine and kind persons I had the pleasure to know and work with. Will's word was as good as gold, he never let you down. He was kind-hearted and continually reaching out to help others. He loved a good laugh and could always find the levity in a situation. Above all, Will loved his son more than anything and always smiled when he talked about him. Our world is definitely dimmer without him here. He is gone from our presence but will never be forgotten. 'I met Will in July 1992 when he was assigned to be my squadron sponsor for the 3077th. Will greeted my family on a house hunting trip to San Antonio. He arranged for a realtor to show us houses and made my family and I feel like we were moving someplace special. From that moment on Will was a wonderful friend. Through the years at Randolph together we spent many hours working on computers and eating far too many Sonic burgers. Once when our Captain asked Will & I to pick him up a large tea we stopped in at Bill Millers and bought the gallon jug. The Captain said he should had known better then to ask two NCO?s to get him a tea. Over the years Will has kept in touch and we watched each other kids grow up. Stephen you will always be remembered at age 5 for your guitar playing the Billy Ray Cyrus song Achy Breaky Heart. You made all of us smile and your dad very proud. I pray for your peace and comfort and want you to know that your dad will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

'Will was my manager at USAA for a little over a year. I remember him fondly as being a caring individual and willing to help anyone in need of his assistance. I'm sure he will be missed greatly and believe he's in a better place. May God Bless his family.'

'My condolences to the Jackson family. I worked with Will at USAA for over a year, and came to rely on his sound judgement and logical solutions. He knew how to balance getting the job done and taking care of his people. I will miss him.'

'My wife and I have worked with Will at different times during his years at USAA, both during the MST Project and his time at IMCO. I alway enjoyed running into Will in the halls and catching up on what was going on with each other and have missed that since he left.
