He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Elizabeth, their son James, his brother George and his parents, Lela and Roy Couser.
After retiring from the chemistry department at San Antonio College Bill and Elizabeth enjoyed traveling around the country and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in Alaska. He loved photography, fishing and golf and most of all he loved his many, many friends.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Couser; sister Doris Lieber; sisters-in-law Joan Couser and Marian Lucke and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend deep gratitude for the loving care offered by the staff at the Forum, his companion Robbin Blocker, Vista Hospice and dear friend Guich Koock.
