Mr. Pool was a true gentleman. I worked as his secretary for about 8 years when he was at Lundberg-Pool and then went with him when he started his own general agency. I've thought about him several times over the years and have always appreciated how good he was to me. I know he will not only be missed by his family, but by his many friends and associates he knew over the years.

 Our sincerest condolences to you and your family. We will all miss Bill! He was a wonderful person and a very dear friend. We have such fond memories of all the trips we made together so many years ago..especially our trip to Hawaii....and as is always when a dear friend passes away, we regret that we didn't visit with each other more often, but you were both in our thoughts whenever we looked at our old pictures. Bill so highly respected by all his business associates and acquaintences, and I am sure they will all miss him as well. We lost a warm, caring, and wonderful friend, and we will think of him often and he will always have a special place in our hearts.
