He was born November 30, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Sarratt was the second son of the late E. Oliver Sarratt, Jr. and Eleanor D. Sarratt. He graduated with the 1960 Class at Alamo Heights High School. While there, he played on the varsity football team. He attended Texas Tech University and San Antonio College. He had a career in the apparel business primarily as an independent contract agent for knit garments. He is survived by his son, Edwin F. Sarratt and wife, Kirsten of Scottsdale, AZ; daughter, Tracy A. Summers and husband, Keith of Malvern, OH; daughter, Patricia Baker of Wichita, KS; and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Edwin O. Sarratt III.
