Yolanda Rodriguez of Poteet TX, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at the age of 68. She was born in San Antonio, TX on July 26, 1953 to Federico and Leonarda Mauricio. She was married to Salvador Rodriguez for loving 41 years. Yolanda Rodriguez was a devoted mother and wife. She was an active parishioner at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. She loved crafts, cooking, plants, her dogs Lilly, Daisy, Mitzy and decorating her home.
She is preceded in death by sister Teresa Gonzalez, son Jesus Ledesma, father Federico Mauricio, and mother Leonarda Mauricio. She is survived by her husband Salvador Rodriguez, Paul and Erlinda Ledesma, Carolina and Jose Lopez, Victor Ledesma, Noel Ledesma, Mary Yvonne and Jesus Peralta, Mary Yvette and Richard Moreno. Grandchildren: Erika, Victor, and Emerald Ledesma, Jesus, Jazlynn and Jayden Ledesma, Jose, Margarita Yolie, Hilianna, and Leonardo Lopez, Amara, Rhianna, and Victor Ledesma Jr, Noel Jr, Brianna, Nicholas, and Noeh Ledesma, Miguelangel and Cristian Peralta, Felicity and Julian Moreno. Brothers Roy Mauricio, Jack Mauricio, Juan Vargas.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Peter's The Fisherman Catholic Church with interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
