A resident of Redlands, Ca, passed away on March 18th, 2012 at the age of 58. Frank was born and raised in San Bernardino, Ca. and graduated from San Gorgonio High School in 1973 with a three year letterman in Football. in 1977 Frank received his B.A. in Sociology from U.C. San ta Barbara and in 1987 he received his M.A in Educational Counseling from CSUSB. Frank retired from UCR in 2005 where he was a counsler and a coordinator of the Gradtrack program for over 25 years. Frank is survived by his two daughters Jeanette Ramos and Jessica Ramos, his grandson Vance Ramirez, and his ex wife Cynthia Ramos all from Redlands. His brother Robert Ramos, sisters Lilly Aldama and Sarah Castro all from Colton and his father Robert Ramos of San Bernardino.
