Larry was a devoted Catholic, and a graduate of Aquinas High School in San Bernardino Class of 1965. He was an honorable man and lifelong servant who dedicated his entire adult life in the service of his country and community. Larry served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Following his honorable discharge, he spent the past 36-years serving his community as a deputy for the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department (09/05/1981 – 01/02/2018). Larry joined the San Bernardino Mountain Search & Rescue Team in 1976 and became coordinator and Sheriff’s liaison to SART in 1984. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Falce, and mother, Betty Falce. He is survived by his sister, Marjorie Falce-Jorgensen and her extended family; his long-time girlfriend Deborah Hernandez and her extended family; his ex-wife, Jill Posadas and her extended family; and countless other family and friends. A Memorial will be held at 12:30pm on January 9th at Immanuel Baptist Church, 28355 Base Line in Highland. Commitment will follow at 2:30pm at Riverside National Cemetery at 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside.
