

Born October 11, 1932, in Hamilton, Alabama, Louise was the oldest of four children. She was a devoted and faithful servant of Christ and attended services as a member of the Church of Christ.
Louise married Leon Hall Sr. in September 1956. This union of 54 years produced five children, five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Louise loved being outdoors working in her garden. Her greatest joy was with spending time with her children and staying in touch with family members and maintaining life-long friendships.
Being a military wife for 30 years, allowed Louise to develop her entrepreneur talents. She was multi-talented and excelled in every endeavor she pursued. Over her lifetime she had several successful businesses including jewelry design, day care services, upcycling / recycling services and L&L Lawn care services.
She was predeceased by her husband: Leon Hall Sr., son: Gerald Lynn; her parents; two siblings: Houston, Florine. Surviving sibling: Fred Terrell (Winnie), Surviving aunt: Mrs. Onyx Carr (Robert).
She is survived by son: Leon Hall Jr., granddaughter Teneka Nicole Smith, great grandchildren: Alex, Devin and Riley; daughter Sandra Louise Hall, granddaughter: Celeste Nikol Parrish (Jesse), great grandchildren: Isaiah, Elijah and Leetah; grandson: Cedric Leon Robillard, great grandchildren: Aniyah and Jordan; daughter: Yolanda Faye Rohwer (Darrell) and son: David Lee Hall (Amy), granddaughters: Alyssa Rachel Hall and Delaney Jordan Hall.
Her faith and tenacity helped her survive cancer, stroke, and heart disease. In honor of her memories, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, American Stroke Association and/or American Cancer Society.
A Funeral Service will be held at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 E. Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404 on August 19, 2023 at 10:00AM, immediately followed with a Committal Service at 12:00PM.
