Michelle LeeAnn Chapin 29, of Fontana, California passed away on August 12, 2010. She leaves behind her husband; Charlie, six children; David Julian, Charlie, Josh, James and Natalie, parents; Brenda and Manuel, her brother; Michael,sister; Marlene and many other relatives and friends.
