Alegria Lumanog Manasan passed away on April 10, 2026 at the age of ninety-six. She was born on June 13, 1929 and grew up in Lubao, Pampanga, Philippines. She graduated at National Teachers College Manila, Philippines with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Education with emphasis on Elementary Education. She worked more than thirty years as a first-grade teacher at Lubao Central Elementary School, in Lubao, Pampanga, Philippines and was awarded as a “Master Teacher” during her career.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Maximino G. Manasan, Sr.
She is survived by her four children and ten grandchildren.
