Hermosa madre mia, gracias por todo el amor que me diste. Tu me ensenaste como ser una mujer fuerte, amorosa, y mejor que nada, una gran madre para mis hijos. Querida Abuelita, 
No hay palabras para decir  lo mucho que La quiero y lo mucho que la vamos extranar. Usted es nuestra abuelita querida, uno de los pilares mas grandes de nuestra familia. Extranare visitarla para darnos un abrazo y sentarnos juntas y tomar su delicioso chocolate caliente con pan dulce y su arroz con leche. Como extranare sus comidas tan ricas especialmente sus tamales que son nuestra tradition cada Navidad y sus Bunuelos. Siempre que ibamos la encontrabamos en la cocina preparando el desayuno, el lonche o la cena para usted y mi abuelito. Siempre que venian sus hijos, hijas o nietos-toda su familia usted se alegraba porque venian a visitarlos a usted y a mi abuelito. Decia, “Cuanto los quiero a todos mis hijos, Estoy orgullosa de mi familia”.  Extranare tanto sus platicas que para mi son tan especiales. Pasabamos horas platicando de muchas cosas, requerdos tan bonitos-Usted, mi abuelito, yo y mi mama. Siempre recordare su sonrisa, esa sonrisa llena de amor. Gracias por resar por nosotros su familia, por ensenarnos sus tradiciones y contarnos tantas historias de su familia. Nunca olvidare su sonrisa, era unica. Gracias por darnos todo su amor y por ser nuestra abuelita querida. Todos la queremos y sabemos que usted ya está en el cielo y desde alli nos esta cuidando. To my loving Grandmother,

I know you always knew, but I cannot express enough of how much I love you so much and I know you loved me just as much and even more as that was the very last few words you told to me. I always appreciated you taking care of me when I was very young when I went to school across the way at elementary school and I always appreciated your love and concern whenever you asked me if I ate or I should eat. I will miss you very much when the holidays are around when we play loteria or even our random times we spent together. Just know your love will always be with us among all of us and we will always cherish that love you have given us and we will make sure to protect and look out after one another just as you wanted. Do not worry as I will make sure I take good care of my mother for you and may your memories live on for an eternity.

My mom was an amazing strong woman who always put her children first.  She lived through a lot of adversity and she always overcame them and continued on her path.  She gave me strength in my lowest of times & helped me through them.  I guess my love of flowers came from her.  Almost everytime that I visited her, she wanted to show me a new plant.  The last one was a few weeks ago, it was a baby rose bush that had sprouted out the front yard.  She was so happy, and before I left that day she made sure that I saw it, she had the biggest smile as she pointed to it.  I miss you mamma, but I know that you are at peace now and from heaven you will continue to send us blessings.  I love you mamma

To my sweet Grandma! I loved you more than you know for always loving me and thinking of me. You always spoke English with me and never made me feel bad about it but im so happy I was able to talk to you befofe you passed on and in Spanish.  I'll always hold that conversation dear to my heart.  You always had the best smile and made the most amazing food. Ill always miss you're salsa! My family and I will always hold you close in our hearts and prayers. God speed and my you protect us to the end. I hope my Dad is showing you the ropes in heaven. We love you! The Osegueras

Rosalinda's  Quince. We miss you Grandma!

Memories, even our most precious ones, fade surprisingly quick. My memories of Mrs. Ramirez will never fade. She taught me so much since I was 13 years old, on how to be a wife but more importantly a mother. Every time I cook, clean or hug my children and grandchildren, my mother in law is there. This Christmas eve when we are making Tamales together with my children and grandchildren, I will remember her the most, especially when someone puts too much masa on tamale.

Thank you for all the hugs and kisses you gave us and the unconditional love. This was such a special day and I know Max will always remember you Grandma because you will always be in our hearts and never be forgotten.
