San Diego-Bryant I. Pickering, M.D., 88 of San Diego passed away in La Jolla, California on September 11, 2017 after a long illness. Bryant was born on July 19, 1929. He studied medicine in Minnesota, completed a fellowship in Endocrinology at the Mayo Clinic and practiced medicine in Arizona for many years prior to his retirement in California.

Arrangements are under Beardsley-Mitchell Funeral Home. In accordance with his wishes, following cremation he will be laid to rest in Arizona.
