Debbie is preceded in death by her mother Josephine Robinson, father Walter Robinson, aunt Marie Sexton, uncle Edward Sexton, aunt Delores Jerek, uncle Edward Jerek, and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Debbie is survived by her daughter Tiffany Phelps, daughter-in-law Megan Phelps, grandson London Phelps, and soon-to-be granddaughter.
Debbie was a devoted mother who cherished nothing more than being a mom and Grammy. She loved her family and friends more than anything in this world. She had an extraordinary gift for connecting with people—Debbie would talk to anyone and everyone no matter where she went.
She was the kind of person you could count on, especially for those late-night phone calls when you needed someone to talk to. She loved hearing about what was going on in everyone’s lives. For Tiffany, growing up, Debbie made every holiday feel like magic—thoughtful, joyful, and filled with love. She adored her grandson London. He was the light of her life since the moment he was born, and they shared a very special bond.
Debbie was also a true fighter. For the past three years she battled cancer with remarkable strength, resilience, and grace. She showed the world what courage and determination looks like and never gave up fighting.
Her spirit, love, and fierce determination will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
