Dulce Mondoyo Quintana

Dulce Mondoyo Quintana, 47 of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, Mindanao, Philippines died on May 18, 2026 at UCSD Jacobs Medical Center hospital. Her beautiful spirit and sincere love will be severely missed by her loved ones, both family and friends alike.

She is survived by Carlos, her husband of over 24 years, daughter Alexandra and son Carlos. In addition, her surviving siblings are brother Ronnie Mondoyo, sister Ivy Mondoyo Matsunaga, brother Ranny Mondoyo, brother Jun Hoppe Mondoyo, brother Arnes Mondoyo, brother Cliff Loquinario, brother Melvin Obalang, sister Iaza Obalang, sister Shella Obalang, sister Shello Obalang and a multitude of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Eluterio Cagud Mondoyo and Diomedes Alcapulco Quieta.

Dulce was self-employed with a reseller business. Prior to that, she worked in customer service for many years in the retail industry, hotel industry and in the money lending business. Dulce constantly pursued many personal achievements such as continuing her education, working in different employment positions in the customer service industry, starting her own business and always striving to pursue her own goals as a wife, mother and woman. She firmly believed that the experiences every person undergoes throughout their life has the ability to open new opportunities and develop personal gratification leading to the sincere discovery of one’s true potential. As a result, Dulce always was open in trying new things to help oneself in order to be in a position to help others. She had no fear in these personal and intimate endeavors as her persona and presence was enduring, truthful, warm and well received. Dulce’s tenacity, resolve and strength was forged through her life’s struggles and accomplishments alike that resonated through her physical, emotional and spiritual beauty.

Memorial services for Dulce Mondoyo Quintana will be held at El Camino Memorial Sorrento Valley on Saturday June 20, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. A small reception service will follow.
