Edgar "Ted" Smith 7/6/1920 - 2/13/2017 Ted was born and lived his entire life in San Diego with the exception of two years he spent in England serving his country during WWII. After his honorable discharge he returned to San Diego to work in the aircraft industry eventually retiring from Ryan Aeronautical. He was predeceased by his sisters Barbara Nagy and Lucile Heiny, and his brother John Smith. He is survived by three nephews and one niece. The family wishes to express their appreciation for the years of compassionate care he received while a resident at Star Residential. No services are planned at this time.
