

Elizabeth (Betsy) Anne Kennedy passed away on January 7, 2025, leaving an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her family. She was a devoted mother to Scott Alexander Kennedy and Robert (Bobby) Charles Kennedy, whose lives she enriched with her boundless love and unwavering support.
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Betsy was one of six siblings. She pursued her education at the University of Minnesota and UCSB and later worked as a flight attendant for PSA Airlines in San Diego. It was there she met her soulmate, Robert Kennedy, with whom she shared a beautiful life until his passing.
Betsy's greatest pride and joy came from her family. She adored her sons, Scott and Bobby, her daughter-in-law Audrey, and her loving granddaughter, Sara Nicole Kennedy. Sara and Betsy (Grammy) shared a beautiful relationship and enjoyed each other's company immensely. Sara will cherish this relationship forever.
Betsy loved every moment spent with family whether it be celebrations or watching them play sports, her eyes would light up with pride as she relished every moment. Betsy's love was a constant, a beacon of warmth and comfort that her family could always rely on.
Her kindness, compassion, and infectious sense of humor touched everyone who knew her. Betsy was not only a loving mother and grandmother but also an exceptional athlete, excelling in tennis and enjoying friendly matches with friends and family.
Betsy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Kennedy, and her brother, Harvey White. She is survived by her sons, Scott and Bobby, daughter-in-law Audrey, granddaughter Sara, and siblings Chuck White, Sally Perry, Fred Snyder, Stuart Snyder, and Margaret Stankovsky. Their lives were forever brightened by her presence, and her memory will continue to inspire and comfort them.
A memorial service will be held at The Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Encinitas, CA on February 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Betsy's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
