Frances Veronica Oberholzer was born to Ferdinand and Frances Oberholzer In San Fernando Valley, California August 15, 1934. As a child the family relocated to Hanford, California and established Hanford dairy. Frances loved spending time with her sister Mary Jane, brothers Fred and Roy. Frances married Manuel Medeiros and they had one child, Veronica Medeiros Jones. After they divorced she married James (Andy) Andrews USN in 1965. Being a military family they moved frequently, eventually being stationed in San Diego California where they settled. Frances loved San Diego.
Frances was an accountant and a merchandiser while raising her daughter in San Diego. She is proceeded in death by James Andrews in 1992.
Frances devoted much of her time to her daughter Veronica, son-in-law John, grandchildren Tiffany Marie, Kevin Joseph, and her great granddaughter Hazel Ivy Jones. Frances loved celebrating holidays with Christmas being her special time of year. She also enjoyed gardening, craft fairs, reading books, and long drives on the coast of San Diego.
Fran’s kind smile and gentle presence will truly be missed.
