Gloria Jean Buckley age 73 passed away on April 18, 2016 in San Diego, California. Born in Chicago, Illinois on November 2, 1942, she was the beloved daughter of Martin and Florence Seyer and the widow of Thomas Buckley. She is survived by her sister Joanne Stoll; former husband William Szymanski; children Bonnie Pancheri, Carrie Arendell, and William Szymanski; daughter- in- law Jen Rich, son-in-laws Thomas Pancheri and William Arendell; grandchildren Nathan Arendell, Alex Arendell, Ryan Pancheri, Erik Pancheri, Joey Pancheri, Elena Buckley, Anna Kasmir and Stephen Kasmir; and one great grandson. She was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion and Veteran of Foreign Wars. She enjoyed volunteering her time at all of these organizations and made many life long friends there. She loved to cook, sing karaoke and spend time with her children and grandchildren. The memorial service will be held on Monday, April 25th at 1:00 at El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego 92121. There will be a visitation at noon until the time of service and gravesite burial at 2:00. Celebration of life will be held at The VFW in Clairemont, 7785 Othello Avenue, San Diego, CA 92111.
