Isaac Yap Suyao was born in the Philippines June 3, 1942, second to the oldest son of Nicolas Suyao and Saturnina Yap. Went by his nickname Sammy. He joined the U.S. Navy in the year 1964 up the 1984. Served in the military for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Carandang and the three boys Victor Carlo,
Emmanuel and Allan. Along with 2 grandchildren Max and Colton. And countless friends and family.
