Outlaw is survived by his mother Vivian Ruhkamp; his brother Doug, his sister Devon, his sister Leslie, his brother Shane and his sister Toni; his fiance Rose Taylor, his stepson Kimo, his stepson Joseph, his stepson Dylan, his grandchild Mahealani, his grandchild Kimo Jr, his grandchild Domanick, his grandchild Kenalu and his grandchild Eric.

A visitation for Outlaw will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
