Laura Barrera Adinig

Laura Barrera Adinig, born on October 19, 1951, in Caloocan City, Philippines, gracefully left this world on December 25, 2025, at the age of 74 in San Diego, California. Her early years were spent in Olongapo City, where she met her beloved husband, Eric, in 1967. Their love story blossomed into a beautiful marriage on December 5, 1974, sharing 51 cherished years together. Laura pursued her education earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1972. She started her career as a teller at Manila Bank and later joined the Department of Motor Vehicles in San Diego. She dedicated 29 years of her life to this fulfilling journey and retired in 2014.

Laura’s life was a vibrant celebration of joy and love, fueled by her deep passion for dancing, Zumba, and party planning. Her radiant smile and infectious laughter had the power to brighten any room she entered. Above all else, she treasured her family, holding them close to her heart. Laura was predeceased by her parents, Josefino and Gregoria Barrera. Laura is survived by her devoted husband, Eric; their children, Ericson and Lovelyn; and their four grandsons, Eyzian, Sean, Gabriel, and Andrew. Her legacy of love and joy will forever be cherished in their hearts.
