Napoleon pursued higher education at the University of the Philippines, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. He furthered his education at the Philippine Military Academy and later at Glendale Career College. His career was distinguished by his role as a program director for surgical technology at Northwest College in San Diego, California, where he worked faithfully for 12 years, leaving a lasting impact on his students and colleagues.
In 2006, Napoleon met his beloved wife, Fe Raquel, in the Philippines. He was a devoted father to three children from a previous marriage: Isabelle, Raphael, and Mia. Napoleon's family was the center of his world, and he was a selfless and compassionate presence in their lives.
Napoleon was an active member of the Philippine Military Academy Alumni Association of Southern California, reflecting his brave and faithful service and commitment to his community. He was also an avid soccer enthusiast, finding joy in the sport throughout his life.
He often inspired his students with his words, "Your success is my success," showcasing his generous and supportive nature.
A viewing will be held on September 27, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley, located at 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121. Following the viewing, a funeral service will take place from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the same location. The viewing will continue after the funeral service until 1:00pm. A reception will be held concurrently from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
