Raul is survived by his son Kevin Rios; and his daughter Maritza Rios.

A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113. A graveside service will occur Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113.
