Rudy, a Vietnam Veteran, Proudly served his Country in the United States Marine Corps as a RTO.
He was married 55 years to Molly (Martinez) Flores. He was a devoted father to Rodolfo D. Flores II and Robert Michael Flores. A loving brother to Robert, Jack, Susan, Alma, Reno, Richard, JR, Tammy, Eddie, Armando, Tony.
He was a loving “PaPa” to Caden and Camryn and a loving Uncle to 6 Nephews & 8 Nieces.
He was passionate about supporting his sons with their schooling, sports, & their other activities, keeping the family genealogy tree, his San Diego High School Caver Alumni, his coin collections, and supporting the hometown Padres, SDSU Aztecs football, basketball, & the Chargers.
Rudy himself enjoyed playing softball, handball, basketball, and flag football with the guys.
Rudy affected so many with his unselfish behavior helping whenever necessary.
