Simeon was born on October 28, 1954 in Paete, Laguna. He was the 8th child of 10 children to Samson and Jovita Bagalso. He now watches over his wife Alicia, his children Joelson, April and Chris, Simone June and Wade, his grandchildren Allison and Cash, and grand-dog Loki.
A visitation for Simeon will be held Monday, June 19, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at El Camino Memorial Chapel, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92121. A visitation will occur Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92121. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 13541 Stoney Creek Road, San Diego, CA 92129.
