Stella was born November 7, 1936 in Duncan, Iowa, daughter of Frank and Agnes (Falada) Formanek. She was one of seven children. Stella worked as a Banquet Captain for over 40 years at the Bahia Resort Hotel where she met and married Robert (Bob) Parsons. Bob preceded her death September 30, 2003.
Stella is survived by her sister Charlotte Olson of Mason City Iowa, brother Ralph Formanek of Sun City, Ca.; her two sons Richard Winters and Don Winters of San Diego, Ca., five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
