

His parents, brother James, step-son Dean, and step-granddaughter Rachel proceed him in death. He is survived by his beloved Lifetime Partner Lisa Santoro as well as stepchildren David and wife Deborah Santoro, and Camille Santoro, step-grandchildren Angela Santoro, Marissa Santoro, Jenna Santoro, and Nicholas Dean Santoro, step-great-grandchild Jaxon Dean Santoro, and dearest friend Brian Asimoto. Additionally his family in Pennsylvania, sister Barbara Wukich and brother-in-law Richard Wukich, nieces Danika Wukich and Anna Wukich and her husband Dennis O’Boyle, and nephew, R. Clayton Wukich and his wife Jacqueline Wukich, as well as four grand nieces and nephews.
Tom was a graduate of Grove City College. He served as an officer in the US Navy in the Pacific theater during the Vietnam War. He went on to a long career with the company General Atomics before his retirement.
Tom was an avid fisherman and long-time Chargers fan and season ticket holder. He also enjoyed sailing on the lakes and bays of San Diego. He is a shining example of a kind, humble, and honorable man. He is deeply missed.
Memorial service & reception will be held on 9/10/21 at 1pm at El Camino Memorial.
