

Vicke was a beloved mother to her 4 children: Jason, Matthew, Evan, and Mariel. She was a very present and loving grandma to her 6 grandchildren: Samantha, Jeremy, Sydney, Abigail, James, and Ziggy. She is survived by the love of her life and true partner in all of life's endeavors, Gary DeGiso.
Vicke was always known as an animal lover, and avid supporter of The Humane Society throughout her entire life. She had a special place for dogs in particular. Her two dogs Dutchess and Einstein were the light of her day and she loved them deeply.
Vicke was one of God's angels, sent to grace us with her full heart. She had an innate ability to succeed in everything she tried. Never one to have idle hands, Vicke mastered the art of quilting, sewing, knitting, cross stitching, basket weaving, sculpting, pottery and mosaic building, stained glass; a true master of gardening and cooking, her recipes will be forever coveted and her precious garden will grow in the gardens of her children.
Vicke was always known to be an extraordinarily loyal employee and dear friend to her coworkers. She took her job very seriously and was very proud of all she had accomplished. She leaves behind a long list of clients who became friends, as her joyful light reached all who met her.
God decided it was time for her come home, although no one here would agree. Vicke was the most patient and loving person to walk the earth, she is truly and deeply missed by all who are survived by her.
She leaves behind a lifetime of glorious memories, none that will soon be forgotten.
