

Theresa was born on May 26, 1960 in Rockville Centre, Long Island, New York at Mercy Hospital. She was sister to George E. Pluchino, and they were children to George and Joan Pluchino. For her early years, Theresa lived in Long island New York and later moved to City Line Brooklyn at the age of 6.
It was here that Theresa spent most of her childhood and grew to a beautiful woman. She had many friends and loved listening to her music. It was here where she met her ture love Thomas E. Caulfield. She met him at the Boys Club where she loved to play bingo with her Mom. They dated for some time before they decided to get married.
On October 17, 1981, Theresa and Thomas got married. They lived in Queens for a few years before Theresa decided to move to California to start a new job in which Thomas transferred from his job later on. They lived in Van Nuys California a couple of years. Theresa had transferred to another location in Monrovia California where they lived for a short while.
Thersa and Thomas decided to move back to Reseda California due to her dad had become ill and was diagnosed with cancer. It was in July of 1994 when Theresa was devastated with the death of her father George Pluchino who battled diabetes and cancer for 2 years.
Thomas E. Caulfield worked for Pain Webber for 15 years. Theresa once again was devastated when her husband of 14 years passed away to heart failure at a young age of 46 in 1996. This became a hard cross to bear. She really never found it easy to cope with his loss.
It was a short time later that Therresa found out she also was a diabetic. As time passed, theresa had more complications with her health. In 2003 she was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure, which caused her to need dialysis 3 times a week. Theresa as time passed found herself to become weak and needing the use of a wheelchair.
Theresa and her Mom moved to Florida in 1999 where they lived until September of 2001, where they lived with brother George E. Pluchino. Over the years, Theresa's mom became ill and was diagnosed with cancer. In September of 2006, Joan Pluchino lost the battle and passed. It was not long after where Thersa got her own apartment in North Hills, California.
Her apartment was about ten miles from her brothers house, but it never stopped her from visiting here family, that wheelchair had many miles on it from traveling. As time passed, Theresa became more dependant in her wheelchair. It was here at this apartment she lived util her final day on October 14, 2010.
Theresa was 50 years young and was taken way before her time was due. Thesa loved life, as well as her niece and nephews, Kimberly, Gregory and Justin. Her loss has taken a toll on them was well. Theresa loved playing Bingo, poker.
Theresa and Thomas did not have any children of their own, but treated their niece and nephews as their own. they spoiled them dearly. Theresa is survived by her brother George, Jayne, Kimberly, Gregory and Justin. She will always be missed, but will always be in our hearts forever.
Theresa will be missed dearly by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many friends. Theresa always made friends where she traveled, it was very easy for her and for others with her. Theresa is now a peace and with loved ones in the past. They will now take care of her until the future when we shall meet again. Theresa will always be in our hearts as well as in our thoughts. She will look down upon us and guide us in our paths.
Theresa has not left us, she has taken a much needed journey to find her peace, and her true love Thomas.
