Clark Nicholas Starry, age 80, of San Francisco, CA, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2025, at his beloved home. He was born on October 10, 1944, in San Jose, CA, the son of Nicholas Morgan Starry and Marcella Ratto Starry. He is a graduate of Los Gatos High School and Oregon State University.
Clark is survived by his sister, Claire, and his two nephews, Gordon and Ian Whyburn. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Clark’s determination to live despite many medical setbacks was an inspiration to all who knew him.
Clark’s career spanned four decades working as an accountant for several maritime and other local companies. After retiring, Clark devoted his life to reading, listening to music, and watching his favorite television shows as well as exploring the neighborhoods of San Francisco.
