Enes Marie Greco

Enes Marie Zanzi Greco was born in S.F. 96 years ago, and passed away peacefully at home on May 23, 2012. Mom graduated from Presentation High School and went out into the working world. She married Louis Greco on June 14, 1942 . They had 4 daughters, Barbara(Pete), Linda, Donna(Suraj) and Gayle. She was the cherished grandmother of 5 grandchildren, Sarina, Andrew, Nicolas(Sarah), Anthony (Gayle)and Loukas(Victoria), and 2 great-grandchildren, Joshua and Joaquin. Her remarkable sense of humor would constantly catch any listener off guard and she will be greatly missed by her loving family and dear friends.

Mom was most happy at the Russian River and Hawaii as they held special places in her heart. Mom and Dad spent memorable times traveling to Europe and South America. Having vacationed at their favorite resort in Hawaii for 30 years, they made many friends from around the world.

Friends may visit after 4pm Thursday, May31st and attend Vigil service 7pm at HALSTED N.GRAY-CAREW & ENGLISH, 1123 Sutter Street. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 1st, 10:30 am at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 666 Filbert Street . Private Family committal Saturday, June 2nd at Italian Cemetery, Colma, CA.
