

Guyton, in Ethelsville Al on March 10th 1937. Margie was the twelfth child and the fifth girl of the family, and the younger sister of the late Roberta Randolph.
In the mid 1950's, Roberta's younger brother Herman Williams, brought his two sisters Margie and Lonnie Mae, to San Francisco california. Margie quickly established her roots in San Francisco by attending and graduating from Mission high school. She worked at children’s hospital in San Francisco as a baker in the cafeteria. She met and married her ex husband Charles Earles and out of that union they had two children Gregory and Cynthia Earles who all have preceded her in death.
Margie was known for her warm smile, loving personality, but most of all her delicious desserts. She is especially known for her famous 7up pound cake, which she would always make faithfully for all family events. She loved children and she would always make sure the kids had their treats. She also loved hosting holiday and family events at her home in San Francisco bringing all the family together to enjoy her wonderfully cooked meals and desserts. Margie was an extremely crafty person knitting and crocheting a number of things like hats, scarves, doll clothing to name a few, which you could find beautifully displayed in her long-time home on Vernon st.
Margie Earles was called home on June 8th 2023. Preceding her in death her two children Gregory and Cynthia Earles, her parents Willie Blanch Guyton and Dave Williams; her siblings Roosevelt, Lonnie Mae, Roberta, Emma Lee, Leroy, Herman, Jessie, Mozella, Wilmer, Martha, Nathaniel, Laura, David, Dorothy and John Henry.
She leaves to cherish her memories; daughter Mary Hopkins, her loving nieces Evelyn Fields, Dionne Williams, Natalie Williams, nephews Billy Dee Williams, Demario Fields, great-nieces and nephews and a host of other family members and friends.
