

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Noah Avery Eckhoff, who left us far too soon at the age of 18. Born on March 10, 2006, Noah filled the world with love, laughter, and an undeniable passion for life. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, and friend whose presence touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Noah was the cherished son of Anders and Christine Eckhoff and the devoted brother of Jessica. He was the adored grandson of Beste Pappa Anders, Beste Mamma Gro, Grammy Lynda, and Grandpa Jerry. He was also a loving uncle to Hudson and Tabitha, a treasured nephew to many, and a loyal friend to all who knew him. Noah's kind and generous spirit was always apparent, and he made a lasting impact on his family and friends.
A dedicated athlete and a passionate basketball fan, Noah's love for the game, particularly his devotion to the Golden State Warriors, brought joy to those who shared the court with him. Beyond sports, Noah was also a creative musician, spending hours in the studio creating music. Kendrick Lamar was his favorite artist, and Noah's own musical creations echoed his deep love for rhythm and lyrics.
In 2024, Noah graduated from the Urban School of San Francisco, achieving a milestone he and his family were proud of. He was excited to embark on his next chapter at Loyola Marymount University, his dream school, which he was thrilled to be accepted into. Noah's future was bright, and he was eager to continue his journey in higher education.
Recently, Noah found a deeper connection to faith, strengthening his relationship with God. His spiritual growth was a source of comfort and inspiration to him and his loved ones during this time.
In his personal life, Noah was also a devoted and loving boyfriend to Miranda, his best friend of four years with whom he recently fell in love. Their bond was a testament to his loyalty, kindness, and deep capacity for love.
Noah was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. His infectious smile, positive energy, and warm spirit brought joy and comfort to those around him. He had an extraordinary ability to make others feel seen and valued, lighting up even the darkest days with his presence. Though his time with us was far too brief, Noah's light will continue to shine in the hearts of his loved ones, a lasting beacon of love, kindness, and hope that will never be extinguished. Noah's warmth, humor, and kindness will never be forgotten. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the honor of knowing him.
A celebration of Noah's life will be held on September 13, 2024 at 10:00am, at San Francisco Columbarium 1 Loraine Ct, SA 94118, followed by a reception, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and the remarkable young man he was.
