Passed away unexpectedly on the 20th of December at his residence, loving son of the late Lily and Tin Hoy Low, cherished brother of the late Melody Low Wong; survived by many loving family and friends and will be greatly missed by all; a longtime dedicated employee of the Social Security Administration in Richmond, CA prior to retiring. Tim had many hobbies and had a true love of life.
Friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend his Celebration of life service on Monday, January 16, 2017 11:00 a.m. at the Halsted N. Gray-Carew and English, 1123 Sutter St, SF, CA. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Colma, CA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of your choice.
