Delia Estrella Pena

Delia Estrella Pena, lived in Apple Valley Ca. Was 88 years old, on October 23, 2017 passed away in her home. Delia was a strong women who had a passion for life, family, friends and community. As a young women she was a member of the Deputy Auxiliary Police for the Los Angeles Police Department and continued to work and volunteer in the communities she lived in. She was recognized for her many achievements. Received her Bachelor of Arts degree and enjoyed a 27 year teaching career, upon retirement she traveled. She loved to sing and had a beautiful voice. She cared deeply and loved all ten of her children and her friends meant the world to her, if she felt her family or friends had a need she would do anything to help; her generosity was endless and we will dearly miss her fabulous smile.

In her passing she leaves the following children, Thomas Andrew Pena, Leonard Christopher Pena, Barbara Pena, Louise Pena-Cornett, Peter Quintin Pena, Gregory Martin Pena and Elvira Wolf, sister Gloria E. Parra and brother, Manuel Rodriquez, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, preceded by her parents Inocencio and Elvira Estrella, her daughter Cristina Cummings and sons Felix Steven Pena and Paul Jacob Pena.
