Patricia Marie Gallardo

Patricia Marie Gallardo was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left us peacefully after losing her health battle on November 19, 2023 at the age of 66. She lived a lifetime of happiness with no regrets, and no obstacle or challenge was too big for Patricia to overcome.

Patricia was born to Alex and Lydia Diaz on March 19, 1957. She grew up in South Gate, CA with her siblings Alexander, Tommy and Vicky. It was during high school that she met her husband of 47 years, Joe Gallardo. Patricia and Joe were married on December 6, 1975. Their blessed marriage produced three children: Coreen, Joe III and Andrew; five grandchildren: JJ, Benjamin, Julianna, Samantha and John; and a son-in-law, Bobby, and daughter-in-law, Brenda.

Patricia loved spending time with her grandchildren and showering them with gifts and love on any occasion. They lovingly referred to her as “Grandma Honey” and “Gam-Gam.” Most weekends her grandchildren would visit or stay over. Patricia would make sure that she had a special treat for her grandkids. She was well known for making her famous stuffing during Thanksgiving and tamales during Christmas. She enjoyed music, dancing and spending her Saturday nights watching movies with her husband. She was generous to all her family and friends, especially during Christmas time.
