Richard John Vargas, age 82, of Rosemead, California passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023.
A memorial service for Richard will be held Monday, January 15, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Turner & Stevens Mortuary, 1136 East Las Tunas Drive, San Gabriel, CA 91776, followed by a reception from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
