Barbara J. Souza

A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, Barbara built her life around family, love, and the traditions she held dear. She was the proud mother of two children, David and Diane and the adored “Nona” to her five grandchildren, who were the joy of her life.

She was known for her extraordinary skill in the kitchen, especially the Italian dishes passed down from her mother. Her home was always filled with the comforting aromas of her cooking, and she brought her family together through the meals she lovingly prepared. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and countless cherished memories.

Barbara will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, integrity, and nurturing spirit. Her love for her family was evident in every holiday meal and every moment she gave selflessly.

She is survived by her two children, David (Elizabeth) and Diane (Scott) and her five grandchildren: Brandon Weekley, Pierson Souza, Anne Souza, August Souza and Thomas Weekley. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Anna Mae Vatuone.

A private burial will be held for the family.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
