Toan Kim Pham, aged 36, of Milpitas, California, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Toan was born in San Jose, California to loving parents Loan Minh Phan and Thanh Ngoc Pham. He was born the youngest of four children from their union.
He will be immeasurably loved by his parents Loan M. Phan and Thanh N. Pham. Forever missed by siblings, Rachel Nguyen (David), Huy Nguyen, and Zoeria Nguyen (Ken Oliver). Remembered always by his nephews, Brandon Nguyen, Beau Nguyen, Noah Nguyen, Evan Nguyen, Owen Nguyen and nieces Leah Nguyen, Kayla Oliver, Starla Oliver and Layla Oliver. His memory will continue to live on through his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A visitation is being held at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel located at 710 Willow Street, San Jose, CA 95125 on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm with a rosary/vigil taking place between 6:00 and 8:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church located at 2980 Senter Road, San Jose, CA 95111 on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM. A Graveside Blessing will follow at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery located at 22555 Cristo Rey Drive, Los Altos, CA 94024 at 12:30 PM.
