He leaves behind his loving wife, Maureen, happily married for 41 years. They were both blessed with three lovable children: Michelle (married to Leo), Brian (married to Julie), and Ivan. He also leaves behind five talented and adorable grandchildren: Nathan (13), Lea (9), Ethan (7), Xander (4), and Zara (2).
Noli studied at Binmaley Catholic High School and graduated in 1967. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Marketing & minor in Finance, at the University of the East in 1971. Upon graduating, he worked at Eastern Shipping Lines in 1972 to 1979.
He met his loving wife, Maureen, in Masinloc, Zambales, where they were both Godparents to the daughter of one of his best friend. Noli and Maureen were exclusively dating for three years until they decided to get married on February 4, in Binmalay, Pangasinan. He came to the United States to join his parents in July 1979. From then on, he usually comes home to the Philippines every December to spend Christmas and New Year with her. Maureen followed him to the United States after five years of waiting in February 1985. Noli and Maureen lived in San Jose, California for nearly thirty-five years, where they raised their three children.
Noli worked at Beckman Coulter for more than 28 years. Thereafter, he worked at Bruker Daltonics for 5+ years, until he retired at the age of 66. During his working years, he was able to travel to Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
Noli lived his fruitful life to the fullest. After retirement, he enjoyed traveling with his wife to Hawaii, Mexico, and the Philippines, to name a few. They also often visit several casinos since they moved to Sacramento in April 2018. He loves visiting and spending quality time with his grandchildren when ever he missed them. Noli is fond of beautifying his backyard garden with fruit trees, orchids, succulents, and potted plants.
He is a religious man in nature. He is a good provider to his family, and a generous son and brother. He is an extremely thoughtful, kind, and loving husband to his wife. Most of all, a caring and supportive Dad to his children and grandchildren. He is a great Uncle to his nieces and nephews, and a good friend to his co-workers and friends.
We love you so much, and we will terribly miss you Pa, Dad, Papa, Kuya, Uncle! May you rest in Eternal Paradise.
