I just learned of Phil's passing (12-17-14).  He was the one I always went to for my inspections and comparative bids.  I knew I would get not only the best service but one that was always honest and fairly priced.  Phil's integrity was the best.  I wish I could have said good by to him but I had no idea he was ill since I did not have need for inspections these last months.  My condolences to his family.  Sharon Weger, Los Gatos

Phil was always my first call when I needed termite inspections or repairs done. He was patient and understanding with me and my real estate clients. I will miss his great sense of humor and his gentle, kind heart.
