On December 7th, 2021 Phung Xuan Le passed away less than two months after being diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma (a rare cancer of the bile duct). Phung was a loving, patient, and supportive husband to Mymy Phu and an unsurpassed father to son Phi and daughter Brenda.
A visitation for Phung will be held Friday, December 24, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A funeral service will occur Friday, December 24, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A witness cremation will occur Friday, December 24, 2021 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.
