

Rosemary Rodriguez, also known as Rosemary Salinas, born to Julio and Elsie Rodriguez on January 20,1959 in Salinas, California left a lasting legacy and a trail of cherished memories before passing on August 30, 2024, at the age of 65.
Rosemary transitioned from a career in computer retail to a full-time homemaker, where she discovered her passion for poetry, crafting, and baking. This inspired her to create Munchpops, a cakepop business she created with her grandchildren. She was known for making beautiful cakepop displays and flavorful cakepops and paired with her contagious smile, earned her the cherished title of “The Cakepop Lady”.
Rosemary cherished the moments she got to share with her family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she lovingly nicknamed one by one. She loved it when they visited her and always enjoyed talking, laughing, playing games and making new memories with them.
Rosemary is survived by her sister Stella, her children Vanessa (spouse Michael), Melady (spouse Jesse), Sammy, and Krystle (spouse Michael Sanchez). She was a proud grandmother to fourteen grandchildren Christina (spouse Albert James), Jesse Julian, Jesela, Leila, Liliana, Lorenzo, Samuel III, Andrew, Brittney (spouse Brian), Michelle (spouse Santos), Elva (spouse Riaz), Sophia, Shelby, and Chelsea (spouse Matt). Her seven great grandchildren Ayden, Damien, Winter, Bella, Malia, Malani, and Mia. As well as many nieces and nephews.
