Roy, Your brother in law still miss the good times we shared together. I know we will meet up again one day and we will catch upon all the great memories and time shared together. May you rest peacefully until we meet again.

One year has past since I said goodby to you for the last time. No mater how much time pastes, you will always remain in my heart. I pray that you and your mother are together, and that we too will be together again for ever. You my one and only son are miss so very much, but not as much as I miss you each and every day. So on this day  (10 Dec) the first year that we are apart, I pray that God will continue to hold you in the the palm of hs hands till we meet again. Till then RIP.  Your Father and family

Dear Florita, Yvonne and Myles...
Miko and I were truly saddened to hear about Roy's passing.  Roy and I started our journey at Lockheed in the NASA Space Shuttle tile facility in 1978.  We quickly became friends and hung out together.  In 1983, we decided to purchase a duplex in Milpitas.  It was supposed to be a 5-year plan, but lasted a little over 12 years.  Roy was good person and was always willing to lend a hand when I needed help.  We will never forget the parties and gatherings we shared.  Miko and I remember when he met Florita and how excited he was that they were going to be married.  He and Florita were a great couple.  We were so happy when they married and started a family.  We eventually sold our duplex and purchased our own homes in San Jose, living just a mile apart from each other.  Raising our families and work commitments unfortunately led us to drift apart.  Roy was a happy soul and loved his wife and children.  We will miss Roy’s infectious smile and quick wit.  God Bless you for making a difference in our lives.  We love you and will always remember the great times we shared.  Rest in Paradise, Roy.  Until we meet again… 🙏🏼


I first met Roy at my nephews (Troy)birthday party when they were kids. It was at a laser tag place and he was hesitant to play saying he is fine just being a chaperone. I convinced him to finally play and after 15 minutes I hear laughing as he shoots me and runs away. While we were all enjoying the time with the children, I could see he was having the time of his life and the joy in his eyes of being like a kid again. I give my deepest condolences to the Tiller Family. 

I meet my dear friend and later my brother in law in 1978. I had served with his uncle George Cole in the Air Force at Mather Air Force Base from 1970 to 1971. In 1978 while visiting George he said I want you to meet my nephew (Butch) his nickname. We became instant friends over the years we hung out together and shared stories of our lives.
When I married in 1986, Roy visited often because being singled he loved the good Philippine meals my wife cooked. I took the times that he visited to show him my wife beautiful sister pictures  in the Philippines. I would say look how beautiful she is she would make you a good wife. I wanted my wife to have a family member here in America. He trusted me and his instincts and he ended up marrying Florita (Flo). She turned out to be the perfect wife. They loved one another and had two beautiful children together my lovely niece Yvonne and later my handsome nephew Myles. Whom he loved dearly.
We shared as a family many good times together as an extended family. I miss  you my friend but have no doubt that I will see  you again. Roy Rest In Peace my dear  friend. I will be here for the family the love continues. God put the plan for us to be friends and in laws before we even knew one another. God is so good. You were blessed and so was I. 





To the family. I certainly miss our holiday get together.  Roy sitting in his same spot at the table, and how much he enjoyed good food.  I will always remember his smile, the sound of his voice, and how much he loved his family. I am praying for the family. Flo, what a great job you did caring for your husband.  May God bless and strengthen the entire family.
