

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Sandra Lee Blodgett, age 82, on November 22, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on May 9, 1943, native to Morgan Hill for the past (41) years. Sandra lived a life defined by selflessness, kindness, and an unwavering love for others. She always put the needs of those around her before her own and gave wholeheartedly—whether through her gentle support, her listening ear, or the warm comfort she offered to anyone who needed it. A devoted and loving mother to her four children and a faithful wife to her late husband, Sandra’s life was a testament to compassion and quiet strength.
Sandra is survived by her children: daughter Kim and son-in-law Charles Dehn; son Gary Blodgett Jr.; son James Blodgett and daughter-in-law Christy Blassingame; and daughter Cheri and son-in-law Cesar E. Villarreal.
She is cherished and remembered by her grandchildren: Nicholas, Michael, Scott, and Mark Dehn; Gary Blodgett III; Elizabeth Starback; Steven and Jeanine Blodgett; and Faith and Jasmine Villarreal.
She is further survived by her great-grandchildren: Angelina Davilla and Savannah Dehn; Brynnlei Reign Blodgett; Kayden and Daxton Blodgett; Stetson Blodgett; and Santiago Villarreal Reyes.
Sandra was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gary J. Blodgett, and by her loving parents, Charles and Ruth Costa.
A burial of her cremation remains will take place on December 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery. In honor of Sandra’s wishes, attendees are asked to wear bright colors. Black tops are discouraged, though black pants or skirts are acceptable.
Sandra’s warmth, love, and selfless spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the many hearts she touched throughout her remarkable life.
