Sovandy Phoeu was born in San Jose, CA on February 19, 1991. She graduated from Independence High School and continued on and received a Dental Assistant Certification from Everest College.

Sovandy Phoeu worked as a Dental Assistant for Mary Dr. Shiba for 1 year. She enjoyed hanging out with family and focusing on bettering her health as well as the people around her. She was also actively involved in family, relatives, friends and work.

Sovandy Phoeu is survived by Heak Huoch (Mother), Meng Sok (Father), Nimol Chea (Step-mom), Donny, Dustin, Jonathan (Brothers) and Srey Lek (sister), and other family and friends.

Sovandy Phoeu is preceded in death by Phoeu Huoch (Grandfather), Chek Sok & Sek Kun (Grandparents), Kim Leang Sok (Aunt), Kimlang Phoeu (Cousin)].
