TERESA ROMERO BORJA May 29, 1921 - July 25, 2014 Resident of San Jose Teresita Borja, 93, passed away peacefully Friday morning July 25, 2014. Teresita Borja was born in Jalpa, Zacatecas, Mexico. In the 1960's, Teresita, her husband Antonio Borja, and her children immigrated to San Jose, California. Teresita is survived by her brother and sister; her two sons Rigo Borja and Hugo Borja; her five daughters Alicia Nunez, Consuelo Martinez, Teresa Borja, Lula Gutierrez, and Gloria Santos. She is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Teresita was devoted to her Family and to her Faith. She loved children and she loved to sing old Mexican songs. She had an incredible memory. Teresita will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her. Teresita has always been one of God's favorite children.Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, July 30th, 2014 from 1pm to 9pm with a Rosary beginning at 7pm at Lima Mortuary, 710 Willow St. San Jose, 95125. Mass will be on Thursday July 31 at 9am at Sacred Heart Parish, 325 Willow St. San Jose, CA 95110. Interment/Burial will follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, 490 Lincoln St. Santa Clara, 95050.
